Secure area, absolutely perfect location, not far from the two main shopping streets, the main central area, and the centre of the city. Steps away from Smedenpoort and other tourist attractions. Nicely decorated and trendy room available with a/c and large bathroom, as for instance😀👍

The charming historic hotel had good architecture.
The room was cold upon arrival. I had issues with the connectivity since there was hardly any wifi, forcing me to rely on my hotspot. The lack of basic amenities like shampoo was disappointing, especially for a business traveler.

staff were superb
No tea/coffee in room..... shame. It is available at the veranda but only when reception staff are on, so limited I would recommend this hotel but warn warn about lack of tea/ coffee. however because of this we would not stay again. Its within a decent walk of both station and city center is a bonus. We liked it a lot. Everything else was great but spoiled an other wise superb experience, nice clean, warm, safe no problem hassle free stay but for us not being able to make a hot rink on our return to our room on an evening was an issue but could live with it for one night but not two. This would stop others we know staying here too. Wi fi if you want nice, uncooked simple breakfast.

The stay was great our room was too small to put a cot in there for my daughter who is 3 so the owner upgraded us to a suite which was so nice of her. Even after check out you are allowed to keep your car parked for the day which is great if you still want to do some sight seeing. The breakfast was good the dinning was was pretty. The location is great as well not to far from the main attractions she also gives you a map of everything which was so helpful. We got the room even tho we only live an hour away we need a little get away so we could relax away from home and this hotel was perfect for what we wanted.
The only thing I did not like was there was ants but hey I have the same problem in my house. Everything else was perfedct

Cozy stay with fine views
The location was perfect, just a short walk to the main attractions, and the room had a fantastic view of the city skyline. Breakfast was satisfying with fresh pastries each morning, which seemed like a lovely treat.
The bathroom facilities could definitely use an upgrade. The shower had inconsistent water pressure. Noise from the neighboring rooms was also a concern, disrupting an otherwise peaceful atmosphere.

The setting was stunning, right by the center of Brugge, train station and center and the centre and all historical buildings. The breakfast had plenty of options, including breads, cereals, pastries, fruit and cheese. The staff were WONDERFUL and amazing in case of questions.

The hotel's location was marvellous, to the main tourist areas with a shopping street and a Christmas market within walking distance. My a twin room was trendy, tidy.

I was charmed by the hotel's traditional design with elegant dark woods and chandeliers. The clean, well-kept rooms offered necessary conveniences like a kettle and fridge.
Improve accessibility for seniors staying in standard rooms.

The hotel was very friendly and the location was perfect. We found it with little difficulty and parking in the compound next to the hotel is very convenient. From the hotel you can walk to the main square and restaurants, shops and tourist attractions are all nearby. A great relaxing holiday - for a couple or a family.
Be good to get WiFi directly in the room - to get WiFi we needed to leave our room to be in a public space.
